Palisades Zoysia is a high-quality, low-maintenance turfgrass known for its adaptability, deep green color, and thick, soft, carpet-like appearance. Developed by Texas A&M University, it is an excellent choice for homeowners seeking a beautiful, resilient lawn that requires less upkeep. Palisades features a medium-to-coarse blade texture and a vibrant, dark green color. Its dense growth habit creates a lush, uniform, and soft lawn that is comfortable for bare feet. Palisades offers good shade tolerance, performing well in partially shaded areas.

Zorro Zoysia is a premium, fine-bladed, dark green grass variety, highly rated for its exceptional shade tolerance, durability, and low maintenance requirements, making it ideal for a luxurious yet practical lawn. Zorro is known for its lush, deep green color and very fine, soft leaf texture that creates a dense, carpet-like lawn. It greens up earlier in spring and stays green later into the fall than many other zoysias, providing an extended vibrant season. It also handles heavy shade the best as compared to other warm season turf grass.

Bermuda grass is a durable, warm-season turfgrass known for its ability to withstand heat, drought, and heavy foot traffic, making it popular for lawns and sports fields. It spreads quickly via underground rhizomes and surface stolons, resulting in a dense, fine- to medium-textured lawn that requires full sun. Its high maintenance needs include regular mowing, fertilizing, and watering for optimal health, though it is very resilient and quick to recover from damage.  

Often called "the lazy man's grass," a popular low-maintenance, warm-season turfgrass well-suited for the Southeastern United States. It is known for its light, apple-green color, coarse texture, and ability to thrive in sandy, acidic, and infertile soils. Centipede grass needs full sun, at least 6 to 8 hours of direct sunlight per day. While it can tolerate some partial shade, it will not grow as dense or healthy without adequate sun exposure.
